In August of 2009 I FINALLY found what I feel like I had been looking for my entire adult life~ Stella & Dot!!! How did I happen upon it you may ask? Well, I'll tell you~ My hours had been cut in half at my office job (I was an office manager sitting behind a desk for 6-8 hours in an office that for the most part was JUST me~ sooooooo boring!) and I needed to replace that "lost" income and do it around my husband wacky fireman schedule as well as my 3 kids~ after all, I was NOT going to work to pay someone else to watch the kids for us. SO..... I began the search and 3 months later after extensive research I signed up and became a stylist and have never looked back.
If I had only known on August 28th 2009 how life changing that decision was going to be when I hit the SUBMIT button, I may have savored it a little longer.
Fast forward almost exactly 2 years and I am a founding Director (I promoted to Director after 14 months as a stylist) with a team of Stylists across the country and hope to expand that into the UK and where ever else Stella & Dot may venture. This truly is such a phenomenal, ground floor AND groundbreaking opportunity. Stella & Dot has grown over 700% since 2008. We have only 20,000 stylists in the US & Canada combined and have only sold to .5% of the population in the United states~ How unbelievably exciting that must be for anyone interested in jumping in and getting started!
